WATERFALL WALTZ. AKA and see "Caerdroea." Welsh, Waltz. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. The tune is Welsh (“Caerdroea”), while “Waterfall Waltz” is the name of the dance by Pat Shuldham-Shaw (1917- 1977) [1] that won the prize at the National Eisteddfod (Port Talbot 1966) in the competition for the 'Composition of a Twmpath Dance'. It was published in "Four Barn Dances" by Werin Cymru in 1967.
