Scottish, Reel. A Minor. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. The tune appears in James Aird's Selections of Scotch, English, Irish and Foreign Airs, vol. 5 (Glasgow, 1797, p. 74). See also the MacDonald's strathspey "Captain Campbell" and the Irish reels "Musical Priest" and "New Bridge of Erin (The)," with which the first strain is shared.
