NATURE'S HOLIDAY. English, Air (6/8 time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. The melody appears in the music manuscript collection of musician John Rook, Waverly, Cumbria. "Nature's Holiday" is the title of a popular song (also set to a different melodies) in Clio and Euterpe, or British Harmony, vol. 1 (1758), and similar 18th century songsters.
