WHISTLING MIKE (Micil/Miceal an Feadaire). Irish, Hornpipe. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Bayard (1981) thinks the tune closely related to "Ladies Dressed in their Garments so Green (The)" and "Dusinberry March (The);" also see "Tin Ware Lass (The)" and "Pewter Mug." The first strain is similar to that of "Fair and Forty." See also “Kingston.”
