MR. CLARK'S FAVOURITE. Scottish, Country Dance Tune (2/4 time). A Dorian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB'. While the person of the title could be any "Mr. Clark," there was a musician-composer named John Clark who published a collection in the late 18th century in Perthshire. Nothing is known about him.
