OLD COW, SHE CROSSED THE ROAD, THE. AKA - "Old Cow Crossed the Road," "Old Cow Crossing the Road." Old-Time, Country Rag. C Major ('A' part) & F Major ('B' part). A tune by this name was in the repertoire of Galax, Virginia, fiddler Herbert Higgins in the 1930's. See also Samuel Bayard's Pennyslvania-collected "Cow Cross' the Road (1)."
