FLOWERS OF EDINBURGH [3]. Old-Time, Reel. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The tune is an unusual version of the Scottish reel "Flowers of Edinburgh (1)," from the A. Porter Hamblon manuscript, an early 20th century compliation of tunes from his father and grandfather.

Source for notated version: Attributed to David R. Hamblon (1809-1893), originally from Cumberland Gap, Lee County, western Virginia, by his grandson, A. Porter Hamblon.
