PRINCE FERDINAND’S QUICK STEP. English (?), March (2/4 time). D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABBCC. The tune seems to be unique to Glasgow publisher James Aird's second volume of his series Selections of Scotch, English, Irish and Foreign Airs (1785).
