MISS GAMBLE'S FROLICK. English, Jig. F Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The melody can be found in Miscellaneous Correspondence in Prose and Verse (1755, p. 202) by Benjamin Martin [1] [Library of Congress, AP3.M67, Rare Book Room]. Printed on the same page is the antisemiticly-titled "The Anti-Jew Minuet", composed "by a Brother."
