RED SKIN GAL. American, Country Rag. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. A variant of Texas fiddler Eck Robertson's "Brown Skinned Gal" AKA "There's a Brown Skinned Gal Down the Road Somewhere," primarily defined by the omission of the Robertson's third strain.

Source for notated version: Gary Lee Moore (Oklahoma and Shoreline, Washington) [Silberberg]. Moore learned the tune from Oklahoma fiddler Orville Burns, one of his mentors.
