EARL OF KINNOULL'S REEL. Scottish, Reel. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. Composed by Captain Daniel Menzies (Gow, 1817). The 11th Earl of Kinnoull was Thomas Robert Hay-Drummond (1785-1866), who married Louisa Rowley daughter of Charles Rowley, 1st Lord Rowley, in August, 1824. The Earl was colonel in the Royal Perthshire Militia.
