EUNICE TWO-STEP. AKA and see "Jolie Catin (2). Cajun, Two-Step. A well-known traditional Cajun dance tune named for Eunice, Louisiana, home of the Yambilee Festival. The tune is from Amédé Ardoin, a black accordion player who recorded in the 1930's. "Love Bridge Waltz" is a triple-time setting of the melody.
