CAPTAIN JAS. ROBERTSON 76th REGIMENT'S REEL. AKA and see "Byer's Maggot," "Boyer's Maggot." Scottish, Reel (whole time). A Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. The first strain is very similar to that of the older "Byer's Maggot" or "Boyer's Maggot" but perhaps not cognate.
