MICHAEL RELIHAN'S. AKA and see "Dream of Home (The)," "Maid in the Meadow (2)." Irish, Reel. D Major: D Mixolydian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. Maire O'Keeffe (in liner notes to "The Smoky Chimney") remarks that this tune was a great favorite of fiddle and concertina player John Kelly (Sr.) Of Kilbaha, near Loop Head, West Clare. The tune was recorded by Brendan Breathnach from the playing of Listowel, County Kerry, fiddler Tom Barrett, who called it "Mick Relihan's," and the tune is attributed to Relihan in Treoir (vol. 2, No. 4).
