BALLINAFAD POLKA, THE. Irish, Polka. G Major. Standard tuning. ABCC. Paddy Ryan notes the McDonaghs were Larry (1911-1984) and Michael Joe (1904-1988), a flute and fiddle brother duo who had an extensive repertoire of rare tunes inherited from past generations of local musicians, and an 'old' style of playing.
