BLUE EYES POLKA. American, Polka. A Major ('A' part) & E Major ('B' part). Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Attributed to "Patradge" by Howe. The first strain is a cognate to that of James Hill's "Navvie on the Line," also called "New London," "London Hornpipe (1)," and an unnamed hornpipe collected in Pennsylvania by Bayard (1981, No. 389, p. 372). The other strains differ.
