The melody and dance instructions are unique to Straight and Skillern's Two Hundred and Four Favourite Country Dances, vol. 1 (c. 1775, No. 80, p. 40) and Thomas Skillern's Compleat Collection of Two Hundred & Four Reels...Country Dances (c. 1780, p. 69).
