ROBBIE HOBKIRK'S POLKA. Scottish, Polka; English, Morris Dance Tune (4/4 time). D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'B (Carlin): AABB (Wade). The tune, composed by Robbie Hobkird of Hawick, has been used for a polka step in the North-West (England) morris dance tradition and as a country dance tune.
