MRS. ROBERTSON OF LAWERS REEL. AKA and see "Gooden Well." Scottish, Reel. A Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB’. The melody appears in the 4th collection of Malcolm MacDonald, dedicated to the Countess of Breadalbane. However, it was first published in 1795 by Perth fiddler-composer James Walker (1760-1840) as "Gooden Well or Mr. Buist's Frolic."
