GIGUE DE LA DÉBAUCHE. AKA - "Reel de la débauche." French-Canadian, Jig (6/8 time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BB'. A version of Joseph Allard's earlier "Mère blanche (La)" (The White Mother, recorded in 1928), both based on the Irish jig "Larry O'Gaff (1)." There are some similarities as well to Eavesdropper (The)" and Adam Gray's "Roman Wall (The)."
