GOING UP BRUSHY FORK. AKA and see "Cripple Creek." Old-Time. USA, West Virginia. A local West Virginia title recorded by Kanawha County fiddler Clark Kessinger (1896-1975) in the late 1920's for the Brunswick label. The tune features Kessinger's "brushing pizzicato" effect.
