Irish, Jig. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB (Carlin, Flaherty): AABB (Tubridy). The Lough Gill Quartet (named after a lake in County Sligo, and in tribute to Sligo/New York fiddler Michael Coleman) recorded the tune under the title “Mist on the Meadow” on a 78 RPM in Dublin in 1941.
