29th NOVEMBER, THE. AKA - "Twenty-Ninth November (The)." English, Hornpipe (whole time). England, Northuberland. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. "The 29th November" was composed by teacher, musician, composer, dancing master and fiddler Robert Whinham (1814-1893), originally from Morpeth.
