"Troup House" was composed by Kirkmichael, Perthshire, fiddler and composer biography:Robert_Petrie who was employed at Troup House and who dedicated his Second Collection of Strathspey Reels and Country Dances, in which this tune appears, to his patron, Mrs. Garden of Troup.
