HIGHLAND LADDIE [2]. AKA and see "Highland Laddie's Hornpipe." English, Country Dance Tune (cut time). England, Northumberland. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABBCCDD. Seattle (1987) says that the first half of the tune is very similar to "Highland Laddie's Hornpipe" in Vickers' MS, while the 'B' part is a repetition of "Buttered Peas (1);" but Vickers' and Peacock's versions seem very similar to me.
