RORY MACNAB. AKA - "Rory McNab." AKA and see "Peggy's on the Burn," "Jacky Stewart's Reel." Scottish, Reel. E Minor. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB (Surenne): AAB (Gow, Kerr, Stewart-Robertson). The reel was first printed in 1757 by Edinburgh music publisher Robert Bremner under the title "Jacky Stewart's Reel." Cape Breton musicians also know the tune as "Peggy's on the/a Burn."
