Composed by fiddlers Jerry Holland (1955-2009, Inverness, Cape Breton) and his neighbor Dougie MacDonald (Queensville, Inverness County, Cape Breton) in honor of Donegal fiddler Ciaran Tourish from Buncrana, County Donegal, who has toured with the bands Altan and De Dannan. MacDonald wrote the first half, Holland the second.
