NOONAN'S_JIG. Scottish, Jig (6/8 time). D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Fr. John Quinn identifies Howe's "Noonan's Jig" as a version of the Scottish "Hoddom Castle," composed by Charles Sharpe of Hoddam and printed by the Gows and James Aird at the end of the 18th century.
