IRISH LASSES [1], THE. AKA and see "Beauties of Ireland (The)." English, Jig (6/8 time). D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The tune was also entered in the music copybook of Welsh fiddler John Thomas, dated 1782 (Vickers' parts are reversed from Thomas's).
