COTILLON DE/LES MARIONETTES. English, Country Dance (2/4 time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Not the same tune as "Cotillon Marionettes," also in William Vickers' 1770 music ms. This melody appears to be a French country dance that was included by Vickers in his ms. along with other French cotillions from an unknown source. Michael Raven includes it in his section of "Tunes printed before 1730", although his source is unknown.
