Shortened colloq. to rickshaw" [Oxford Dictionary]. 'A' part is the same as that of "Constitution Hornpipe" and an untitled Pennsylvania collected reel in F major in Bayard (Dance to the Fiddle), 1981, No. 138, p. 75.
