MÁIRE AN PHÓRTAIR.AKA and see "Norickystie." Irish, Jig (6/8 time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The tune was first published in Glasgow by James Aird as "Norickystie, or the wild Irishman" (with parts reversed from Goodman's version). Breathnach published a version in his Ceol Rince na hEireann vol. 1 under the title "Cailleach an tuirne" (Maid at the Spinning Wheel), also with parts in a different order than Goodman's.
