JOHN MORRISON, ASSYNT HOUSE. Scottish (originally), Canadian; Pipe Reel. Canada; Prince Edward Island, Cape Breton. A Dorian. Standard tuning (fiddle). ABCDEF (Cranford, Little, Martin): AABBCCDDEEFF (Perlman). The tune was composed in the 20th century by the Scottish Pipe Major Peter MacLeod.
