CARRICKMACROSS. Irish, Air (6/8 time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. Joyce identifies Carrickmacross as being in County Monaghan. The tune is in the Pigot Collection, contained in Joyce's Old Irish Folk Music and Song (1909). Related to O'Neill's "Paddy in London [1]" and Goodman's "Paddy from Cork."
