FLAHERTY'S HORNPIPE (Cornphíopa an Fhlaitheartaigh). AKA and see "New College Hornpipe (A)," "Avondale (The)." Irish, Hornpipe. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. Breathnach (1985) says the titles "A New College Hornpipe" and "The Avondale" are Limerick names for the tune.
