GOING AROUND THE WORLD. AKA and see "Katy Hill (1)," "Banjo Playing Girl." Old-Time, Song. USA, Kentucky. The tune was recorded in 1929 (but unissued) by Dick Burnett (Monticello, Ky.) and appears to bear some relation to a popular 1880's composition called "Baby Mine," says Charles Wolfe. It was known in the 1930's and 40's as "Banjo Playing Girl."
