HELL ON THE POTOMAC [3]. AKA and see "Bridge of Lodi (The)," "Huntsman's Hornpipe," "Nelson's Hornpipe (2)," "Murray's Hornpipe." American, March (2/4 time). USA, southwestern Pa. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. The tune is a well-known hornpipe in the British Isles converted in America to a march and attracting a floating title. It is elswhere known as "Bridge of Lodi (The)" and "Huntsman's Hornpipe (The)/Hunter's Hornpipe (1)".
