SHORTENIN' BREAD [3]. American, Reel (cut time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BB'CC'DD'. A variation of "Shortnin' Bread (2)." Gary Lee Moore said he based his vision on Doc Roberts' version, with influences (particularly in the 4th part) from Orville Burns.
