CUS LASSO. The title is a variant of the Irish title "Cois Leasa" (Beside a Rath). There is some debate regarding whether this tune is a variant of "Flowers of Edinburgh," as Bayard and others maintain, or whether it is not--the opinion of Alfred Moffat.
