KILNAMONA BARNDANCE. Irish, Barndance. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The tune popularized by concertina player Gerdie Commane (b. 1917), of Ballyknock, Kilnamona, County Clare, who learned it from the humming of his father. His father Pat, who had the house Commane lives in today, was known to the locals as 'the Irishman'.
