KILKENNY BOYS. AKA and see "Boy in the Gap," "Forget Me Not (3)," "Lady Mary Ramsey (2)," "Miss Ramsay (2)," "Queen's Shilling (The)." Irish, Reel. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AB. Kilkenny takes its name from Saint Kenneth, a companion of St. Columba. The tune is a reel-time setting of the Scottish strathspey "Lady Mary Ramsey/Lady Mary Ramsay."
