KISS THE LASS YE LIKE BEST [2]. Scottish, Reel. D Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. A different tune than MacDonald's (Skye) "Kiss the Lass Ye Like the Best (1)." The melody appears in the Gillespie Manuscript of Perth (1768), but John Glen (1891) finds the earliest printing of the tune in Robert Bremner's 1757 collection (p. 54).
