KISS THE BRIDE (Pog An Brideog/Brideac). AKA and see "Early Rose," "Strawberry Banks." Irish, Reel. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'B (O'Neill/1850 & 1001): AABB (Cole, Connolly & Martin): AA'BB' (O'Neill/Krassen). Seamus Connolly (2002) notes that he heard this reel played fairly often on Radio Telefís Éireann in the 1960's, though adds that it is not played much in recent times.
