COTTON BONNET, THE. Old-Time, Breakdown. USA, Kentucky. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). ABB. Jeff Titon (2001) calls this a local Bell County, Ky., tune that was only played by his source, Estill Bingham (1899-1990).
