LORD ST. CLAIR'S REEL. AKA and see "After the Sun Goes Down," "Albany Beef," "Buckley's Fancy," "Buckley's Favorite." Irish, Reel. G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'B. The hereditary title "Lord St. Clair" was established in 1677 in the Peerage of Scotland, although how the name came to be attached to the tune is unknown. The melody is fairly close in contour to O'Neill's "After the Sun Goes Down," although "Albany Beef" shares only one part of the tune.
