QUADRILLE BOUCHARD (premiere partie). French-Canadian, Jig. G Major ('A' part) & D Major ('B' part). Standard tuning (fiddle). AA'BB'. Fiddler Joseph Bouchard recorded two versions of this set of tunes, in 1940 and 1975; the third parts are different and the fourth part was shifted in the 1975 version to become the fifth part while a new fourth part was added. The 1975 version featured five parts to the four of the 1940 version (Joyal).
