MAMMA'S/MAMA'S/MAMMY'S PET [1] (Peata Mamaí). AKA and see "Downing's Reel," "Paddy's Pet," "Peata Mamaí," "Timothy Downing." Irish, Reel. C Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB. The versions that Kerr (c. 1875) and Levey (1873) print seem to be an earlier form of the more modern tune, for which see "Mama's Pet (1)" and Annotation:Mama's Pet (1).
