BOLOGNA'S MARCH. Scottish (?), March (2/4 time). G Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. The tune was first published by John Watlen in his Celebrated Circus Tunes (Edinburgh, 1791). It was reprinted five years later by Glasgow publisher James Aird, along with several other tunes from Watlen's collection, without credit to the source.
