MIDDLETOWN HORNPIPE. American, Hornpipe. F Major. Standard tuning (fiddle). AABB. This is perhaps the same "Middletown Hornpipe" that was printed in Original Dances, Waltzes & Hornpipes for the Violin, by M. Higgens, published in 1829.
