BOB O' DOOLY, THE. AKA and see "Carlin is Your Daughter Ready?," "Jenny Cameron's Rant," "Port Nan Con." Scottish, Strathspey. A Mixolydian. Standard tuning (fiddle). AAB (Athole): AABB (Hunter). The tune is from a collection by Scottish composer Robert Mackintosh. See also Northumbrian musician William Vickers' 1770 version as "Jenny Cameron's Rant."
